What Motivates You?

What motivates you? What makes you feel satisfied with your work?

  • On a daily basis?
  • Each week when you wrap up before your days off?
  • When you reflect on deadlines and end-of-year goals or projects?

I'm curious what the reward is for you. Why do you love what you do and do what you do?

I'm curious because your "why" matters. I know it's a big, typical question, especially for business and entrepreneurs. However, this is true for anything and everything in our life. Sometimes, we may not really connect to tapping into clearly identifying this. Yet, by doing so, we establish a core value to who we are.

What's your reason for the lifestyle you choose: dieting, exercise, how you dress and your style? What's behind the reason you drive the car you do and where you live, the city you work in and what makes you smile? These are simple and overlooked basic qualities that give us the mojo to really thrive as ourselves.

I'd love to explore these answers. Narrow down the answer and connect you with who you are and why you are so important. You are worthy of knowing the details of your heart, mind, and soul. We want to know the best of you, and the best of you is exactly what the world needs. That's why you're here and what you were born to live to be.

It really is about the journey on the path to getting to our destination. At a time like this, Mark Twain says it beautifully, "One of the most important days of your life is the day you find out who you are and why you are here."

Mohammad Ali lived by the notion that how you live your purpose is how you earn your time here on Earth. Whatever the reasons are that keep you striving towards making goals and achieving them, matter wholeheartedly to serving as the foundation of your life.

  • Who are you?
  • Why are you here?
  • How can you do and be that vibrantly?

This is incredibly essential to the importance of your life. Finding the answers and asking the questions is an enjoyable discovery to connect with the core of your purpose. I want to know who you are meant to be, before we dive into what your career, family role, and community friendships have to do with it. All of the parts that make you, you, start with discovery.

Let's find out and meet you together.

"The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why." - Mark Twain
